If you need to return your order for any reason, We can help You!
You can return your order within 30 days from receipt of your package.
As soon as we receive the items you sent us, and we accept it, we will refund you immediately.

What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be altered in any way.

Use the same package we gave you.
If it's damaged use another package.
You will receive an email with the Return label and all the instructions.
If you ordered from Switzerland, please use the Return label inside the parcel.
return labels have already been paid for, you will not have to pay anything at the counter.
